Miss Lainey was so cute with her big blue eyes and funny faces – she made a great fish face and was an expert at peek-a-boo! I loved how the wispy ends of her hair looked when the sun came through it, and how serious she looked when she was really focused on something.
I couldn’t get over how much Gage looked less like a baby and more like a little man this time around (especially in his argyle sweater!). There’s still a little mischievous boy in there somewhere though, because he did one of the best birthday cake smashes I’ve ever seen! Something about this picture in particular...

I can’t believe these two are one already. I remember when they were newborns with little wrinkly butts! They just ooze sweetness with their big blue eyes and sweet smiles, and I love their round little noggins! I can’t wait to see how much they’ve grown next time.
