Destination Wedding: Jennie & Rushi’s Trash the Dress Session – Fairmont Mayakoba – Riviera Maya, Mexico

The day after Jennie and Rushi’s wedding, I met up with the fabulous Fer Juaristi again to second shoot their “day after/trash the dress” session at the Fairmont Mayakoba. Since this was planned ahead of time, we didn’t spend much time the day of the actual wedding taking pictures of the bride and groom – so we made up for that by taking plenty of shots of the two of them before getting the dress wet! Jennie opted to wear her hair down for the day after session (why not change your look if you have two days to shoot?):She also borrowed shoes from one of the bridesmaids (which they found online for $20 – and they just happened to be an exact match for the bridesmaids’ dresses):Special thanks to Jennie and Rushi for making me feel welcome, and to Fer – I can’t thank you enough for the invite, my friend!
